The Backstage was a party room in Club Penguin Rewritten that appeared behind the Stage during the Penguin Play Awards 2018 and the Penguin Play Awards 2020.
It contained two free items, which is the Video Camera and the Penguin Play Award. The Penguin Play Award was not available from here during the Penguin Play Awards 2020.
There are various media stands including an interview box in front of a camera, mirrors and a large sofa along with a stand with water and a hot chocolate fountain.

- It is the second Backstage to appear in Club Penguin Rewritten after the Back Stage at the Music Jam 2017.
