The Bay was a party room in Club Penguin Rewritten. It made an appearance at the Wilderness Expedition.
After building a boat from shore and setting sail, you'll end up at the Bay. There was an entrance to the Brown Puffle Cave, known as the origin area of the Brown Puffle.
