- It is based off a medal from the Cart Surfer minigame in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force for the Nintendo DS.[1]
- Simultaneously, you would receive the Cart Surfer Leaderboard Postcard.
- It shares the same ID with the Red Wetsuit's old ID.
- They are the second items to share the same ID without one replacing the other. The first being DJ Maxx's Halloween Player Card and Dot Blackout Giveaway.
