Cookies were treats that are consumed by both penguins and puffles. Each color of puffle had a different method of eating cookies. For example, a green puffle crushed the cookie and sucked up the crumbs while a purple puffle prefered to eat it with whipped cream and a cherry on top.
Chocolate chip cookies were the type of cookies available for puffles.
