The EPF Rooftop was the roof of the Everyday Phoning Facility building. This room could be accessed by a hole, made by Herbert P. Bear after the Medieval Party 2017, during the Battle of Doom. You could get the Blue, Red, and/or Yellow Hydra Heads along with the EPF Badge Pin and 3 Medals if you defeated the Hydra Bot. Eventually, Herbert left the rooftop.
