The Ice Cave was a party room in the Mountain Range, which was accessible during the Mountain Expedition 2017 and Penguin Games.
The main characteristics of the rooms are the icy floor, the frozen ancient creatures on the walls, and a large Viking ship. During the Mountain Expedition 2017, players could obtain the Infrared Tracker from the stand near the treasure chest.
The large pink slippers on the Viking ship are believed to be left behind by Herbert P. Bear; from when he was using the Toughest Mountain as a hideout.
