The Lock Down was a party room in Club Penguin Rewritten. It made an appearance during Operation: Blackout. It was located in Herbert's Fortress. It contained a big door with 5 locks, which were unlocked by hacking into security terminals in Sector 1 and Sector 2.
It also had a vent that lead above that led through a walkway past Herbert HQ.
