Welcome Room

Not to be confused with the Welcome Solo.

The Welcome Room was a room in Club Penguin Rewritten that was released on October 21, 2021. It could be accessed through the Town or Plaza.

It was Club Penguin Rewritten's fifth custom room.
- It was based on a scrapped room from the original Club Penguin.
Hovering over the room's icon on the map displayed its name as "Welcome".
It was designed by Sage.^[1]
During the Festival of Lights 2021, the Notice Board was updated with pictures of Holiday Party 2021 sneak peeks.
There were numerous glitches regarding the room either disappearing from the map or from the game entirely.
- During the Pirate Party the room disappeared due to the paths being removed.
- Between the Pirate Party and the 5th Anniversary Party, the room went missing from the Map. Players were only able to access it via the Town or the Plaza.
- After the 5th Anniversary Party concluded, the paths were removed again and the room was missing from the Map. The paths were eventually fixed on April 8, 2022. However, the room was still missing from the Map.
The notice board was planned to usable. It would have given players news and updates about the game.^[2]
